Kate Moss on fashion faux pas
It’s difficult being a celebrity. Making the occasional fashion blunder and being a non-celebrity is easier. Frankly, there’s no one interested to report the faux pas the next day, or in the times of instant journalism (Twitter et al), or the current moment. One of the headlining fashion faux pas is turning up to an event and seeing someone else wearing the identical outfit as you are.
Kate Moss has a range at Topshop and her view on the faux pas is the following:
“If we sell too many of these and someone turns up wearing the same dress as me… you might have to take this one off the rack. What if I turn up and there are seven girls in it?… We are gonna have to make some calls to make sure I am not turning up in the same dress as 17 other people, which would be a major fashion faux pas.”
She needs to add another fashion faux pas to her list: her cigarette smoking habit.
